As a leading High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) manufacturer in Turkey, we are fully aligned with the European Green Deal targets. We offer our global partners a strategic advantage: Low-Carbon Aluminum Parts that significantly reduce Scope 3 emissions.

The most effective way to reduce the carbon footprint of an aluminum part is to use recycled raw material. Primary (mined) aluminum production generates approx. 16-20 kg CO2/kg, whereas recycled aluminum generates less than 0.5 kg CO2/kg.

• In-House Recycling Facility: We do not rely solely on external ingot suppliers. We operate an advanced in-house melting and recycling plant.
• Scrap-to-Product: We transform high-quality industrial scrap (such as engine blocks and wheels) into premium die-casting alloys like EN AC 46100, EN AC 47100, and Etial 160.
• Our average production utilizes 73% recycled aluminum, offering one of the lowest carbon footprints in the industry without compromising mechanical properties.
